I ruled out one immediately and knew when I walked in the only other one I liked that it was the house I would buy. My Yenta was fantastic in getting me the deal, the house, the home inspector, and anything else I requested. Plus he was just as pleasing as can be to be around. He understood people that have definite ideas about what they want. I can't tolerate people who want to talk me into or out of something. He sized me up correctly and went with what I needed from him and more. I highly recommend him no matter what you do or don't know about what you are looking for, what type of personality you have, whatever budget or specifications you have. He will deliver!
